• Copies of all articles/documents filed under the Business Corporations Act, Corporations Act and Extra-Provincial Corporations Act (e.g., Articles of Incorporation, amendment, amalgamation, arrangements, restated articles of incorporation, continuance, application for authorization to continue in another jurisdiction, revivals, dissolution, notice concerning winding up, application for Extra-Provincial licence, etc.)
• Requirement to file, notice of intent to dissolve/notice of default (excluding those for Special Notice/Annual Return), dissolution order.
• All Special Notice 1 and 2 (July 1992-June 1994) filed under the Corporations Information Act.
• All Initial Returns/Notices of Change filed under the Corporations Information Act up to and including December 31, 1994.
• All business name registrations for a corporation (style names) up to and including April 30, 1996.
