As a Service Provider under contract with Ontario's Ministry of Government Services (MGS), OnCorp provides you with direct access to the Ontario Business Information System (ONBIS), Ontario's official record of business information. The following Ontario corporation reports are available through our ONBIS Search Services.

Corporation Profile Report	The Corporation Profile Report sets out the most recent information filed by the corporation on or after June 27, 1992 and recorded in ONBIS. It includes the head office address, names and addresses of active directors and officers, indication of the last document filed by the corporation, and some historical information such as name history and amalgamating corporations for corporations formed by amalgamation. Certificate of Status	The Certificate of Status provides the current status of the corporation.  It is available only for Ontario corporations or for Extra-Provincial foreign for-profit corporations. Check availability for your corporation type »	$29 + tax + $26 Govt Fee
Corporation Document List	The Corporation Document List identifies all documents filed by the corporation with MGS on or after June 27, 1992. The list includes the filing date for each document.

List of Current Business Names Registered By a Corporation	The List of Current Business Names Registered By a Corporation sets out all business names registered or renewed by the corporation within the last five years.  The business name, Business Identification Number (BIN), registration date, and expiry date are included on this report. Please note: both active and inactive (cancelled but not expired) business names are listed. Business Names Report for a Trade/Style Name	The Business Names Report for a Trade/Style Name displays extensive information on corporation trade/style names registered on or after April 1, 1994 under the Ontario Business Names Act (Form 2). The report includes the business name, registration date, expiry date, business address, business activity, registrant(s) name(s) and address(es), documents filed and filing dates and the Business Identification Number (BIN). Corporation Point-in-Time Report	The Corporation Point-in-Time Report sets out the information filed by the corporation at a specific point in time and recorded in ONBIS since June 27, 1992. It includes the head office address, names and addresses of active directors and officers, indication of the last document filed by the corporation as of that specific point in time, and some historical information such as name history and amalgamating corporations for corporations formed by amalgamation. A Point-in-Time report is only available for a corporation whose jurisdiction was Ontario as of the date of the Point-In-Time report and cannot be produced for dates prior to June 27, 1992. Corporate Microfiche	Obtain a copy of Articles of Incorporation for an Ontario corporation. All documents on the microfiche are scanned and made available for you to print within 5 business days of your order. For Certified orders, a certified hardcopy of the microfiche film will also be mailed to you 7 business days after you place your order (the softcopy is not certified). Electronic Corporation Index Search	An ECI Search is a search of all corporations registered in ONBIS. Basic information such as corporate name, corporate number, date of incorporation, jurisdiction and status is provided. The ECI details page provides additional information such as previous names and links to successor or predecessor corporations.
Certificate of Non-Filing	The Certificate of Non-Filing refers to filings under the Corporations Information Act and is issued based on information which has been recorded in ONBIS on or after June 27, 1992. It can only be produced if no documents have been filed under the Corporations Information Act by the subject corporation since June 27, 1992.
Statement / Certificate of No Record	A Statement / Certificate of No Record is issued if there is no record of the corporation, as searched, in ONBIS.
